Have you found yourself asking…

“Now What?”

A life-threatening diagnosis. The process of re-entry following treatment. Caring for a loved one as they move towards end of life. These moments can leave us paralyzed by fear and uncertainty. But while our medical system treats the body and disease, what we need most in those spaces is the kind of physical, emotional, and spiritual support that cares for the whole person — not just the diagnosis.

Illness has a way of altering our lives and stripping us of what once was. I’m here to help you navigate the fear and uncertainty of illness, discover your new version of wellbeing, and create a roadmap that helps you get back to living — on your terms.

End of life, loss and grief are emotionally heavy spaces to be in. My role and my desire is to ease the burden on you and your loved ones and support you in planning so you can focus on what’s most important.

“Connecting with Michelle as a peer in illness was exactly what I needed to move

forward. I was ready to take control of my wellbeing following cancer treatment

but uncertain about where to begin. Michelle understood my challenges and

supported me in finding the clarity and confidence to take the next steps.”
